Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers located within the European Union may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused.
• The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
• The product must be returned in resaleable condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic products and used accessories cannot be returned unless defective.
